Something New: Tribal Trend

FIERCE.

Unlike floral, this kind of print does not exude sweetness
Unlike Stripes, this print is free of symmetry
Unlike plaid, it doesn't cage you in

The prints are obviously strong and are defined by earthy and warm tones i.e. deep reds, browns, oranges and black.

Some try to make this print work with another print but it really depends on the compatibility of the colors and of the patterns. From what I've read, tribal x plaid will make a good "team". Make sure to focus on your tone palette so you won't look like you just escaped from a tribal war. hehehehe.

Take your cue from your favorite celebrity. Choose a pattern that best suits your personality. Be playful and imaginative in choosing the perfect pattern.

Aldo released the Julian Louie for Aldo Spring 2011 Collection and of course, you don't expect that something as gorgeous as that won't get sold out in a matter of minutes.

Last month, I made a thorough research and found a store in the U.S. that offered wedges in tribal prints.

I'm conditioning myself to be 5.5 inches taller

I fell madly in love with the beautifully stitched parts.

Raise the bar of a plain, boring outfit and make heads turn in awe. Tribal prints sure know how to do that without trying hard.
